Shipping Policy

  1. We generally dispatch orders within 1-3 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  2. Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-5 days to reach a customer's location "after" dispatch.

*Exceptions can be during peak festive season or restricted & remote locations. Please do reach out to us in case of any urgency so we can review possibilities to expedite.

Exchange Policy
If you do not love what you receive, we happily exchange the product with another product - We allow this once per order.

  • Please send an exchange request with reasons/pictures on  https://sundarbanns.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer of sundarbanns.com) with the product you would like to exchange within 48 hours of receipt of product. 
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. 
  • Once delivered to us we will inspect the product for its original state along with Tags & send you a replacement within 5 working days. 
  • We do not exchange discontinued items.

 

Return Policy

Quality Concerns
Our quality is checked thoroughly before shipping, however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product, please send a request to https://sundarbanns.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer of sundarbanns.com) along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product. 

  • Once a return request is approved – we will reverse pick the product. Once received at our warehouse, subsequent quality checks are done. As per request approval, we either send you a replacement product or a gift card that you can use without an expiry date or gift to anyone.

 Please note –

  1. The quality defect is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the product. We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also email us to know more details about the product and we will be happy to clarify any doubts before you buy.
  2. Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 days and since loads of couriers have to be combined the reverse transit may take up to 3-15 days. Some remote locations in Kashmir or the Northeast may even take up to 21 days to return the product.

 
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship between 1-2 working hours of order receipt during the non-peak season. 
Please email the order cancellation requests to customercare@sundarbanns.com.  If order is canceled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method, you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 days.

 International Orders

  1. All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
  2. Shipping charges for our international locations will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value. Order value of more than 30,000 INR is Free. Minimum charges are INR 2,500 until INR 9,999. If your cart value is between INR 9,999 to INR 30,000 – charges are INR 3,999.
  3. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is ABDCS9253L)
  4. Orders are shipped within 7-8 working days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
  5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at customercare@sundarbanns.com within 2 hours of placing an order.


Refund & Exchange (International Orders) 

  1. If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges.
  3. We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.
